The Hot Seat Calls are recorded if you decide to watch the replay later. 

Only the first 5 to 10ish minutes are recorded on the Power Hour while Laura leads a Pleasure First Practice. These Pleasure Firsts are recorded so that you can practice them when you’re feeling called!

During the week I will provide you with support through the Facebook Group Monday – Friday through comments, Homework Check Ins and FB Lives. The intention of this support is to answer your questions, provide feedback, and / or clear/ heal any resistance or urgent issues that have come up and are preventing you from moving forward so that you can continue on your journey with ease, speed, grace, joy, support and love. This typically looks like short messages in the comments or a FB Live (ranging from a minute to over 30 minutes - depending on the energy that I’m able to pick up).

You will usually receive a reply within 1-3 business days. If it’s been longer than 3 business days please re-tag @Laura so that I’m notified and it’s brought to the top of the group.

Boundaries are important for us to serve from an overflowing cup so I will not be available to serve you during weekends and holidays through Facebook. If I happen to feel intuitively called to check in and provide support that is a bonus! YAY!! (not an expectation and not to be taken personally if you see me online during the weekend.) My availability will also be limited when I’m traveling, attending in person trainings, am sick, on bereavement or experiencing other unforeseen or extenuating circumstances. Serving you to the best of my abilities from a high vibration, fully resourced space is very important to me. I will be taking 3 weeks off from supporting in the FB Group during the 6 Month Program and the dates will be communicated in the FB Group. 

During my years in the coaching industry, I’ve found that always replying within 24 hours or 5 hours or something crazy like that can create some unhealthy or codependent energy between the coach and clients. It’s important for us to be with our emotions, find ways to be resourceful, etc. without always turning to an outside source for help with every single thing that arises. It’s imperative as an entrepreneur to build tools into your tool belt and embody the next level version of yourself and not create an unhealthy dynamic of hitting a problem and immediately taking it to someone outside of yourself to get the answer. This Facebook Group Support has proven to be very beneficial to past clients! They’ve shared how priceless it is! I also want to be very clear that it is NOT for someone who needs hourly answers or support multiple times every single day. The standard practice is to have 1 post that you are requesting support with at a time in the group (and to update that 1 post, if needed, while you await your reply). I’m a Reflector in Human Design so my superpower is tuning into the deepest block that’s holding you back (that most don’t see) so that we can clear it. I’m not a Generator in Human Design, who may be responding to posts every hour throughout the day.
